Holiday Closure Notices EU
Our laboratory in Germany will be closed on May-13 and May-24 and sample pickups will be suspended on those days. Please expect a delay in response during this time. GENEWIZ will be unable to pick-up nor to receive samples during these dates.

US Customers: Log-in to CLIMS for a list of dropboxes where courier service has been suspended or adjusted due to COVID; samples can also be sent via FedEx/UPS or dropped off at your local lab.
EU Customers: Courier service for GENEWIZ Collection Spots continues at all customer facilities that remain open. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Support.
