Kindly note that our NGS/Sanger offices/labs in Leipzig-Germany and Takeley-UK will be closed on Friday, April-7 and Monday, April-10, 2023 (Easter public holidays).

Sanger/NGS Labs in Leipzig, Germany:

• Samples can be sent to our facility in Leipzig to arrive on April-7 or April-10, 2023, and will be handled/processed by April-11, 2023 (ambient temperature shipments only).
• Dry ice shipments/receiving is suspended on April-7 and April-10, 2023, and will resume on April-11, 2023.
• By-request sample pickups will be suspended on April-7 and April-10, 2023, and will resume on April-11, 2023.

Sanger lab and NGS Sample receiving in Takeley, UK:

• Office/lab will be closed on April-7 and April-10, 2023 (no sample receiving nor processing).
• The business will resume on  April-11, 2023.
